Every year the NSW Left hosts the Bruce Childs Lecture, in honour of the former Senator and giant of the Left and the movement. This year we were all saddened to learn of Bruce's passing.
On Monday December 18th we will be hearing a special address from Tanya Plibersek, reflecting on the life and legacy of her dear friend, mentor and personal hero Bruce Childs.
In Tanya's own words Bruce was 'a hero of the peace movement, a unionist, a feminist, and the most decent person I’ve known in politics.'
Come along for a very special address from Tanya, and stay for end of year drinks with comrades.
